The Italian citizen Silvia Baraldini was prosecuted in the USA and condemned to 43 (!) years of prison. She never killed anybody.
The American citizen Mario Lozano will be not prosecuted in Italy for having killed Nicola Calipari, an Italian intelligence agent in Iraq.
Is this justice?
